The McDonald's is located upstairs in the food court and has many terminals for ordering yourself. You can also take your food with you and eat outside at the other tables. Asking for the tax ID was actually a bit questionable, but that only affects Portuguese people. Providing the ID is not required, just optional and only for Portuguese.

Anyone visiting Porto in Portugal should stop by this Mac Donalds, the facilities are beautiful, and it's worth having the "Toucinho do Céu" sundae, truly imperial!!!
