Terrible service at McDelivery, I made a special order and when I got home the order was all wrong, I complained on the website and there was no care for the customer, just an apology and that they would alert the team, this situation has been going on forever And it never stops happening, either it's the forgotten sauces we pay for or the burgers always come with changed ingredients. It's regrettable to pay for lunch or dinner and not one of the orders comes out correctly. Honestly, it just shows that they don't need customers as they do nothing to improve service and minimize customer dissatisfaction.

The service is ridiculous, 90% of the time when you go to pick up food or ask for it to be delivered via Uber or Glovo, items are missing or incorrect. It just shows the bad service and apologies and money back doesn't solve the food not arriving for everyone or having to go back and get more for everyone to eat! It's ridiculous that they don't resolve this situation after so many complaints they receive!!!
