The building of this Mac Donald's branch is located to the west, directly at the entrance to the port pier in Porto.
The building with dark red tiles is actually unique and very beautiful.

It's a McDonald's like all the others except you can sit in windows and watch the scenery.
It has a clean and very hygienic toilet.
The workers are friendly.

Problem: the toilet is on the second floor with no elevator, and you need to order on the ground floor first to get the code for the bathroom.
Then walk up to the second floor to wash your hands.
There is no # on the keypad, so if your code includes # press A instead.
The bathroom was filthy, and only one tap out of 2 was working.
Then walk back down to collect your food.
Then walk back upstairs to find a table.
Food, service and general vibe are fine.

Nice building, in a privileged location next to the river bank. Spectacular views and good terrace. Two floors with a dining room, the kitchen area and bar to order located on the ground floor, with self-order screens, the bathroom on the second floor, with an entry code, something fashionable in Porto, I have already seen it in several locations.

Hello, food-wise it's ok, atmosphere-wise, apart from the view of the Douro and the facade of the McDonald's which is very beautiful. The rest needs to be reviewed. Where I was most scandalized was on the outside terrace, the waste which was not put in the trash by certain customers (shame on them) and the staff who looked at it without clearing it, leaving the waste s 'fly away. How much of its waste ends up in the Douro? It’s heartbreaking!!
