Restaurant messed-up my friend’s birthday party reservation details. More than one waiter came to the table to discuss the matter, but were arrogant and blameful (amongst themselves and towards my friend). The food was good, but the posture they adopted was unprofessional. Mistakes do happen, but they shouldn’t have let the frustration from their own lack of organization transpire to the customer, let alone start arguing with the birthday girl on what was or wasn’t requested upon reservation…

Horrible experience! The service is absolutely terrible. I had a birthday party, and called the restaurant the previous day to ensure it was possible to cut cake at midnight (which by itself has an extra tax of 10€). During the dinner the servers went to the table saying that they didn’t serve cake at midnight and at midnight the restaurant was closed already, and started questioning about who I talked with when I explained the situation. They went to the table THREE TIMES, talking loudly in the middle of my birthday guests, keeping on questioning about the situation, saying I didn’t talk to them, etc. Very humiliating and stressful situation. We left without eating the cake because it got so uncomfortable. We didn’t get any apology from their side, and one waiter in the end was almost screaming to one of my friends in the middle of the restaurant when she went to say that this was not how you should treat people, especially in a group event. I have never felt worst in a restaurant my whole life.

We received a friendly welcome and were served quickly. Unfortunately, there was none of the white wine we had chosen left in the fridge and it had to be fetched from the high shelf (as we observed). However, the friendly staff immediately offered us an alternative or if we wanted a white wine and suggested a waiting time of 10 minutes. We opted for the waiting time. And lo and behold, after about 15 minutes, the wine was served to us reasonably cool. The ice water bowl meant it was ice cold from the second glass onwards. They also held back our pizzas so that we would receive them with the wine. Despite ordering after us, the neighbouring table had their pizzas a long time before us. So it was a great commitment to the customer and it was also very tasty.

An extraordinary pizzeria! The Neapolitan pizzas are incredible, with absolutely perfect dough. The waitress was not only super welcoming, but also very funny, which made our visit even more enjoyable. A great experience that I highly recommend!

The service was good and polite. But the experience was bad, a cockroach came out of the kitchen and passed by our table, we informed the staff who did nothing. From their attitude it seemed like something recurring.
