I have dined several times as a hotel guest, the service is good but the kitchen is quite terrible. Today I decided to write this review because I ordered a T-Bone, for the price it is the most expensive on the menu and they brought me a cooked meat. The kitchen is horrible. I have the memory of having dinner several times and not ending up happy.

Itinerant

The sandwiches reflected a 3£ tesco meal deal [fries were old and unseasoned] and was not worth the money at all. The drinks - I had old fashioned + spicy mood - were very delicious. Service was slow and not what I would expect in a Sheraton establishment.

This bar is great! As you would expect from a Sheraton hotel bar, the service is great. The staff is very experienced and will guide you in your choices of drinks and foods, which are the same as the restaurant in the hotel. The food is pretty, but not fancily decorated. The price is a little high for Porto area, but not expensive. Cause guess what? It taste absolute incredible!I had the squid for starters, which was tender, simple and SO tasty. With a Glas of white wine or rose from the valley, it was perfect. And a surprising size of serving. Then I had the braized pork cheek on a bed of chick peas, and I'm not a fan of chick peas, but it was incredible! Here's the kicker though... I've had hundreds of different Creme Rules over the years, and I have never EVER had anything like the one I had there! Paired with a glass of port wine, it took me 45 minutes to finish. Firstly the servings were quite large, and I'm a 105 kg guy... I can eat. Still, I barely finished 3 courses! But the Creme brules is just... The creamiest, full cream and egg yolks I've probably ever had, the temperature was a perfect even, slightly below room temperature, but still not so cold you miss the nuances. To top it of, they use Mascavado sugar for the caramelized topping, which adds a sexy, smoky, charred, almost fatty flavor to it. Close your eyes, let it fill your mouth, and enjoy one of the world's most complex takes on one of the most simple desserts.I am surprised to find, that the kitchen is as incredible as the rest of this beautiful hotel.I fully recommend visiting this bar and restaurant!

Really enjoyed the vibe. Great drinks selections. The service was fantastic and service was what you would expect in a Sheraton property. Prices were reasonable.

Nice staff.. good drinks. Have a DJ till 9pm only though. Would be nice if later in the night too. Big screen after the DJ is nice touch though.

Muito calmo e confortável. Boa comida, boa bebida, mas algo caro.

A drink & a slouch in one of the very comfortable armchairs listening to live music is exactly what you'll need after a long day of sightseeing. Enjoy.

Nice place to have a drink, poliye employees, smoke free but the music is away too loud! Close it at 2AM.
