A pretty dispensable place. We ordered the suggestions of the day: shrimp risotto and meatballs. The risotto was good, but the meatballs, as you can see, came with a lot of rice. They are no longer meatballs with rice but rice with meatballs. The desserts were very good: tiramisu and mango mousse.

Finally, an Italian place the whole family enjoyed on this trip to Portugal. Compared to our previous negative experience at another joint in Lisbon which I had given a super negative review (my rare few), this place is really value for money pasta. We didn’t order the pizza but the table next to us did and it looked great and bigger than usual size. They even had Hawaiian version, Italians will freak at this lol.
We had squid ink pasta with prawns and clams. We were delighted that not only did it come in good portions, there was an expected and reasonable amount of seafood in my plate. Not singular piece of seafood like our prior bad experience in Lisbon. In fact, not only did the quantity feels right, the prawns were FRESH and Sweet! They even threw in extra peeled shrimps in addition to the big prawns. We finished every bit of it! This is what decency in business meant. Not ripping customers off by serving mainly a whole plate of noodles only. The sauce while wasn’t full flavoursome, it was still above average nice.
May I say the pineapple+orange juice was refreshing and delightful!
We also had the homemade Oreo mousse. We liked it. Not overly sweet and again sensible portion. Would recommend others to come
I saw some comment on the service not being great but we were fine with ours. They were fast and efficient, not with huge grin but was responsive. After my meal, the staff did smile when we were leaving.

Interesting Italian menu with well-made Portuguese specialties as well. More than reasonable value for money. And as a bonus, top service with waiters who make the effort to speak French and teach us to speak Portuguese.

Most-friendly service experienced during our stay at Porto. Serving portions adjusted to our preferences, we shared two plates between the both of us (Francesinha and Pizza quattro stagioni). The taste was really good and the produce was fresh. Being a self proclaimed pizzasnob, and lover of tradional Napolitano pizza I can't give 5-stars because the dough wasn't up to my liking (not 'crizpy-pouffy' and to much toppings). Anyhow I'd still recommend the place, thanks for your friendly service! PS: unfortunately Portugal lost the match to France, thank you for letting us watch together.

Dinner with friends, nice space, good food but a lot of noise. There is a lot of space and this means there is a lot of concentration of people and consequently noise, however, the food is pleasant and you can have a good evening. Attentive employees even bringing a birthday cake from outside.
