We arrived at this restaurant after sitting at Lagostim (the one next door), seeing that Lagostim's menu was very poor and not very varied. At O Balcao the menu is very complete and the cuisine is original. We tried the salad and the secret which we loved. The waiter was very attentive to us at all times and recommended both the wine and the quantities well. The only negative point is that you cannot order a combined cheese and chorizo board and we ordered the cheese one.
The food, the treatment of the waiters, the decoration, it is a very charming place and very good food.
