The food here is excellent. I was surprised by how unique the dishes are and packed with flavor. I could easily go there multiple times a week. Really friendly staff and fast service!

We arrived at this restaurant after sitting at Lagostim (the one next door), seeing that Lagostim's menu was very poor and not very varied.
At O Balcao the menu is very complete and the cuisine is original. We tried the salad and the secret which we loved. The waiter was very attentive to us at all times and recommended both the wine and the quantities well.
