We simply loved it. We ordered the all-you-can-eat sushi. We ate everything and each piece was tastier than the last ○ lemon juice with strawberries is wonderful. The food is very well prepared and very tasty. We asked for some different things (no carrots, no peanuts) and they answered us promptly and with great friendliness. For dessert we ordered lemon tart... what I have to say is: EAT IT, it's simply perfect. And lastly and most importantly: we were served by Claudio and I wanted to thank him immensely because he was extremely kind, attentive, and didn't miss anything at our table. It was cute and made us completely comfortable. Cláudio, if you are reading this, thank you very much for serving us and when we return I hope that you will serve us again. Your service made all the difference!! It was the first place we went to in Porto so far and we were very well looked after, very clean and had very good food. Terrible. I have been going to this establishment for years and the last two times I received very poor service. The first time it took 45 minutes to bring the sushi festival. This time, I waited 1 hour for two toasts (which we weren't even fans of). We waited 35 minutes to hear the first apology. They gave two different excuses: the toaster was working badly and that they had a table of 11 arriving and they only have one chef (we arrived before the table of 11). They were not even able to be honest, nor offer any kind of appetizer due to the delay and inconvenience caused. This is how customers are lost. They are in an area full of restaurants…. They should try to stand out positively and not negatively.

We ordered one chicken yakasoba and the other mushroom, 2 salmon temaki.... and everything was very fresh, with good, light flavors, no fat and no excess salt. I was a little worried today because from the comments the deliveries haven't been going well in general, but it went very well for us as the first time we ordered was a few years ago. Packed with care ?
My husband and I are regular visitors. We are always very well attended to. Excellent value for money. We will continue to attend with great satisfaction.

The "sushi festival" all-you-can-eat option advertised on the menu and on signs in the restaurant apparently no longer exists and was denied.Attendant was friendly, but made a mistake. He recommended 42 pieces and guaranteed it would be enough for 2 people. It left something to be desired.Service was late, I had to wait 30 minutes for the starters. When I asked there were only 2 tables with people, the waitress replied that it was due to a request from Uber Eats.Clearly poor quality soy sauce and nothing special sushi.The dishes had broken ends.I didn't think the price and quality of the services were worth €50 for dinner.I hope I don't go back.

So, if you have friends and family who don't like sushi, this restaurant could be a solution to please "Greeks and Trojans".We ordered hot tea and lemonade, Chinese crepes as a starter, a 42-piece pack for two people and two desserts. We spent €53 for two people.I consider that Ori Gin has a good quality-price ratio.
Vegetarian options: Ori Gin has vegetarian options. But I don't think they have options for vegans.
