For tourists who want to go there I advise against it, we serve a floury apple juice and I'm not lying, we send it back and it comes back the same, when I told them to filter it it blew and spilled it on fingers taking it abruptly, the wait was long for the service, including go at this cafe the service is not good and the quality are not good to.

Today, 6/08/2024, I went to the Ribeiro da Praça bakery Guilherme Gomes Fernandes, I was in line to be served when an employee of the aforementioned bakery was leaving work, she passed in front of me with an inappropriate posture and language, asking the colleague who was on service that would wrap pies to take away... to my amazement, the colleague responded to the request even though she knew I was in charge.. I chose not to say anything because my education and training do not allow me to talk to people who have this type of attitude. I left without buying anything because there is no shortage of bakeries in the city of Porto of excellent quality and great service. I will not return to Padaria Ribeiro, I highlight here that some employees do not have training to serve the public.

It is an excellent option for breakfast. The mixed lunches are great, the dough is on point and good cheese and ham. The empanadas are no less. Special attention to the Bola do Berlim: the tea cream melts in the mouth. Our waiter, the older gentleman, super friendly and helpful.

The quality of the snacks is very poor. I ordered a smoothie and it was horrible! There was no way to drink it and I sent it back, without me asking, they brought orange juice instead. And they charged me for both. The attendants are rude and the service is very bad. I don't recommend it!

They have made a mistake twice, they bring us ice when we are finishing eating and they give us ketchup when everyone is finished. That's called laziness.
