We didn't know where to eat and Pedro, the guy on the restaurant terrace, invited us to sit at a table and advised us what to order. The picanha, the house white wine, and the francesinha, spectacular.
A good time thanks to Pedro!!!

So in terms of cooking it's not bad, we're not going to lie....
Now, even after reading some questionable comments about the friendliness and hygiene of the boss, I can only confirm this...
We were eating quietly when the owner decided to go to the bathroom only to come out 10 minutes later with a smell that cut us off in the middle of our meal and took us straight out of the restaurant...
very bad experience too bad...

Came back here after four years to repeat the amazing experience I had. My recommendation is trying the passion fruit sangria (if you drink of course) and the picanha steak with rice and beans. Enjoy the atmosphere of the terrace while having a delicious and affordable dish. We took a selfie with the friendly waiter to see how welcoming they are.

Very very loose. We got carried away by the place it was in, very central and with atmosphere.
We ordered three different typical dishes but none of them were good. Very tough octopus, the cod was pitiful and the soupy rice had very little love.

Fast service, in a pedestrian street. Good value for money, ideal for a quick lunch. Nice server. We recommend

Very good francesihna, tasty fries and toast, and the house wine as it should be. Fast service, affordable prices, and there was a clarinet playing in the background. It's worth stopping by

I went on vacation with my seven friends, we were desperate and almost pulled our hair out, at that time I really hated them. This place has saved our friendship, everything is very delicious, they serve food until late and there are very good prices. Very nice waiters

We loved this restaurant. There is always a musician playing so it makes the experience more beautiful. The service is excellent and so is the food! Prices accordingly
And Porto is one of the most beautiful cities in the world♥️

We sat there for the shade, and it's the only thing that was worth it. Food of very poor quality (hard fish, with bones and bad taste...) and very poorly cooked, even with pieces of food that did not correspond to the dish ordered (cold pickled cauliflower in the cod, a loose strip of raw pepper in the rice soupy...). Also the beer was not cold. And it wasn't cheap at all!! Not recommended, everything is very shabby ?

A place to fool tourists... I don't recommend it to anyone.
We have ordered rice and cod. Everything was quite poorly cooked and not cheap.
There are many better options in the area.

One of the best francesinhas I have tried without a doubt, very central and not at all expensive in price for how central it was, very good atmosphere at night with several street artists doing shows and tourists dancing around. I totally recommend it. And you can pay by card, which there are many places that don't let you.
