Have been there in the end of June 2024, with a group of 40 people. The food was great, the staff very fast with the service and professional. The space (1st floor room), however, needs a better sound dampening, it can get too noisy. And the windows deserve an improvement, have some stains that depreciate the amazing view they have.

We just left BH Foz, after waiting almost 2 hours, without being served the main dish. The soup we initially ordered was brought to us 1:30 hours after ordering, and we were told that the dish would be served in 5 minutes. It was almost 3pm and we hadn't had lunch. We left the restaurant without eating, completely dissatisfied with the service. We won't be back. They have a lot of room to improve, as it was a huge lack of respect!
After about half an hour of ordering the dishes, they came to say that they didn't have enough food to make the ordered dishes, so some people had to change their choice. While we waited and despaired, they started offering bread and more bread and more bread..... More than 1 and a half hours later and after we had requested the presence of the person responsible, the food appeared, which arrived half cold and did not reach all the people at the table at the same time. The worst thing is the quantity, especially in the secret ones, which if they were for starters would be very little, imagine as a main course, it's a joke, and even an insult, ridiculous. They offered to discount the dishes, as if that was important. We just liked being well served. See you never again!

Not sure how this Japanese restaurant can be acclaimed in Porto. The sushi by wait in a mall or in a supermarket is of better quality than this one; the nigiri rice is caked and chewy. The fish tasteless. The “soft shell” is actually a deep fried frozen prawn sushi. Absolutely not recommended.
