When we talk about Porto, it is automatically associated with extreme friendliness and fast service.
Well... here, despite being a large space, it wasn't full, not even close to it, but in my two passages, none of that exists.
I went in, as no one approached me, and I sat down.
The lack of coordination is very evident between what I think is the boss and the employees and also between employees.
After too much time and after the dissatisfaction of other (some) customers (one lady even left after a long wait), they approached me, when I was also preparing to get up and leave.
Then another eternity until the order arrives.....
In short, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
More people serving behind the counter and greater employee dedication?? I don't know...
To Mr. who seemed to be the owner, I leave the advice to pass the business into the hands of someone who honors Ser Porto.
To the staff, with the exception of one guy who seemed unhappy with the wait for customers, and who was even treated badly by the boss, I recommend that you leave the restaurant business.
One of them even seems lost in time...
I repeat that it is with sadness that I give this rating. It's my opinion, based on facts.
Go there and I don't think you'll do it again. I won't fly.

This restaurant deserves a comment in English and Portuguese to make sure neither locals nor tourists go here: terrible food, everyone from my group got sick of stomach after eating their food. We ordered Bacalhau à Zé do Pipo, and the dish was disgusting, it had Olive oil for 3 dishes, a complete excess, and then to even make the sea of olive oil greater, on top of the codfish there was without exaggerating almost a complete bottle of mayonaise. First this dish correct recipe is not at all like this, this is a sign of not caring at all on what is being served to the customer, because they know that most of people going there are tourists, and those unfortunately have no idea how the dish should be, so they don't complain because they don't have a good comparison point. We also ordered a soup, caldo verde, and oh good, that was just a bowl full with water, again a huge, excessive amount of olive oil, and no flavor at all. So if you want to keep your stomach healthy, don't go here. THIS IS NOT PORTUGUESE FOOD.
Now in Portuguese, in a few words: restaurant preys on tourists, who serve terrible food to poor people who have no idea whether what they are eating makes sense. I ate cod à Zé do Pipo and it was soaked in a sea of olive oil that was enough for at least 3 more dishes, and topped with a perfectly irrational amount of mayonaise. I also ate a green broth, which only had cabbage in the green broth. Tasteless, watery, no chorizo. In the end, when we complained about the quality of the food served, the reaction of those who heard it was one of perfect indifference, because they know that fortunately for them they will continue to have customers because they enjoy a privileged location.
If I could have given 0 stars I would have done so without hesitation the waiters you ask them for poison they take you meat you ask them for soup they take you olive oil and vinegar for the salad they take you almost avoid when you call them the prices of the drinks do not correspond to the price displayed and the dishes are disgusting with hair inside

Delicious food and unbeatable location. Disaster service. Table not cleaned, they saw that we were wiping the table with a napkin and they didn't even bother to pass the table. They put individual tablecloths and that's it. They take a long time to attend and serve the food. A lot of joking between the waiters and then a fight with whoever was inside the bar or so it seemed. People waiting to order something simple at the bar and not even serving them. I would not go back

For three dishes and two beers we paid 25 euros. I think these are very reasonable prices. We didn't wait long. Wi-fi is available. Of the minuses, a not very good toilet for a C grade down the stairs, surrounded by spare chairs and a kitchen with a stern chef. Otherwise, a good establishment, worth a visit without any major complaints.
