My friends took me here for a celebration dinner. It had been a favorite restaurant of theirs in the past. The view is outstanding and the service was good. I have to say that some of the food was pretty good but some of it was really not very good. When the steak is half fat and grizzle you really have to wonder. It turned out that we were the only people eating in the restaurant all evening and my friends had noticed that the menu was changed. Go for a drink and the view but I wouldn’t currently recommend eating there.

We have been to many top restaurants in the world and here is one of the best experiences . The food is stunning ( compliments to the chef on oct 3rd ) Just wow !! The restaurant is on top floor of hotel we stayed . Staff knowledgeable and polite and gave service with a smile

Rainy evening so decided to eat at our hotel. So happy we did! Each course absolutely delicious. Service excellent plus views over Porto. All enjoyed with a local Douro red wine.

Located on the top floor (17th) of the PORTO PALÁCIO hotel with a amazing view of Porto. Went with our tor group on our first night in Porto. Preset menu with just a choice of entrees. Started with a very good vegetable soup. For mains, I ordered the veal steak accompanied by mixed vegetables. My wife ordered the vegan pasta with Tofu. Both were very good. Red and white wines were included.

I visited the Auge restaurant, on the rooftop of Hotel Porto Palácio by The Editory, for a business lunch. Great food, with a wonderful contemporary executive menu and the best aerial view of Porto. Professional and friendly service.

went there on the 15th of August. The meal took over 5 hours due to delays. it was my gfs birthday and luckily we were laughing about it. otherwisd it could have ruined the night.
Staying at the hotel and arriving at an usual time led us to the restaurant on the 17th floor. A mind blowing lunch proceeded with almost too much modesty. An unassuming yet warm approach to fine dining actually caught me off guard. A melon gaspacho to start followed by duck, ending with peaches. Sounds basic but I won’t begin to describe the exquisite cooking, delicate flavour balances and tastes that were experienced. You need to go there to try it all out.

My only regret was not to have more plates to taste all of the different flavors! We had some great interpretations of local Porto dishes and each one of them was very good. Service was super attentive. The chef came out to explain the dishes and the 19th floor location was very nice as well.
