I had a very disappointing experience today. I ordered some vegetarian puff pastry, where the filling already left a lot to be desired. As it was practically puff pastry, I decided to open it to check the minimum amount it contained. Shocked when I realized that in addition to being poorly served, it also had mold (I still have the photo to prove it but I thought it best not to include it). The gentleman who served me noticed what had happened and came to pick up the plate as well as the coffee. The most ironic thing about all of this is that I come to show my dissatisfaction not with what I just described, but with the service. The employee barely attended to me the first time, I was super unfriendly, barely looked at me and looked like he had few friends. When he saw my plate with the moldy puff pastry at the end, he started to clear the table and didn't even say anything to me, he just decided to call: "oh Nelson".I assume someone is responsible.I also work in customer service and in fact these things can happen. They shouldn't, of course, but sometimes these misfortunes happen. But in a bakery or cafe where customer service is carried out in this way, where it scares away customers, I think that's much more serious.In my case, I don't intend to go back in.
