We've been visiting Royale at least a couple times a week since they opened 2 years ago. Their daily lunch menus are good value for what you get. They also offer a soup, salad and several sandwich options that change weekly. The baked items are always fresh, one of the best pastel de nata in town and great bola de berlim. The interior design is quite modern and nice.
Came here by self to experiment the place.
The cappuccino was OK, but charged extra for veggie milk, and I consider that a discrimination of customers. 0.50€ more for oat milk the only kind they had
The eggs and bacon were OK also, a bit greasy.
So nothing was worth 5 starts.
I will return to try other items like pastry stuff and I have a gut feeling those will be better.

A pleasant space. The daily menus are an excellent option. Well prepared and always with a vegetarian option. Juice of the day. The bakery and cakes are tempting. Always a different ? every day, joining the usual list of water bread, seeds, focaccia...but all very tasty.
