Excelent vietnamese food. We skipped the Pho and ventured the noodles with fish sauce, delicious. Rice cookies delicate and tasty.
Attentive service and a relaxing environment. A place to return.

To be avoided. Others have commented that this is authentic Vietnamese food. It is not. Soup was thin and quickly made. Noodles were not quality. Portions very small; price high. Basic Vietnamese ingredients for the Pho were missing. Owner said he is unable to get the vegetables and herbs in Porto for Pho but the other restaurants in town have them. If you want something real go to any other Vietnamese restaurant in Portugal.

Food is really good.
Awesome vegan options
Vegetarian options: The vegetarian rice noodles with soy sauce are super flavourful. It has seitan (even though the menu says it is tofu)
The vegetarian fried rice is also really good

Best Vietnamese restaurant in Porto! I love Saigon and Chuong and Van are extremely affectionate, friendly and attentive! I was there with a large group of friends and they prepared everything in a special way. I went in the summer last year: wonderful food, in the winter this year, perfect Pho to warm the heart and this summer I'm going again!
Dietary restrictions: There are rice noodles

I had the pho with triple meat, rare steak, well-done steak and meat balls.
It was good but I felt like the meat portion could be a bit bigger.
The rare steak and the meat balls (tasted and felt like a sausage but it ball for, just to explain if you never had it) were good, the well-done steak I would skip if I'm being honest.
The fried rolls were good but I felt like it needed more flavour!
Either way it is a good experience but all things considered the price is a bit high, 23eur for roll, pho and water. The waiting time is pretty long, not necessarily bad, just keep it in mind.
I’ve spent months of my life in Vietnam and I live in a city in Texas with a lot of great Vietnamese places. And this was just as good as anywhere. The service is incredible and the food is fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.
