Poor service, because after you paid, they no longer care about the things they say and want to send you away… I asked for a few things and was completely ignored.
Meat a little burnt, there was a lack of care and hard rice..

Horrible service, grill man very grumpy and rude. Raw food and poorly organized.

Francesinha... Typical Porto dish... Unfortunately it was the worst francesinha I've ever tasted, the bread wasn't toasted, egg under the cheese? Plenty of sauce, but it was noticeable that the sauce wasn't quite right. Pre-fried French fries and served on a separate plate. Sorry... I didn't like it ?... I know they're delicious, but that Frenchie isn't!

Good, beautiful and cheap, the famous BBB in Brazil. It's in a food court in a shopping mall, underground, so it's not the most pleasant place. But if you're there and/or in a hurry, you won't be disappointed with either the dishes or the service. I highly recommend it!

Terrible food, beans just water and grains, completely tasteless and not to mention the terrible service, they prefer to argue with customers instead of serving those who are waiting. The name used should be banned by places with no quality whatsoever, as it violates the tradition of Gaucho food, not to mention that they shouldn't even know what it is.

Terrible, today I went there for lunch and asked for a big dog when I started to eat the sausages tasted bad, I opened the bread and the sausages were sticky and the ham was equally so, when I picked up the ham the bread was moldy I went to complain and they gave me my money back, but I had to I asked for the complaints book because it's a shame, they served the food like that, they didn't even apologize, terrible service.

Food as really not good, rice was with no taste, black beans seem to be directly from the can with o flavour as well. Had chicken breasts and they seem old meat, my partner had as well bad experience with chicken with bacon.
The only thing seemed safe was french fries and those were clearly froze .

The food was cold and a little tasteless!
The service had to point out everything (e.g. the salad is still available). Only then did he start to move and fill the counter.
The atmosphere is reminiscent of a university cafeteria. Plastic chairs, only 1 rondel for a 4 meter table, etc.

Terrible service. I had lunch there today, a Brazilian employee who was serving people neither Good morning/Good afternoon, nor a Thank you or a Bon Appétite. Furthermore, the employee registered Bacalhau de Natas instead of Roasted Turkey, explaining nothing, and when asked, saying it was due to the price (???). I hadn't eaten at Sabor Gaucho for about 4/5 years, and at that time I already paid half the price and was served twice as much food. Not coming back anytime soon ??

Terrible attendance. I went through an embarrassment today with the guy who was at the cash desk at the S Joao/IPO unit. He was a fool and blamed me for a mistake that was purely his own. I'll never go back even though I like the food.

The food is good, but half the employees are rude and theoretically the store owner has a 10% discount, but in this restaurant they don't give it, but they already asked for it at the store I work at and gave it, the food is good, but they should change some things regarding to customer service, because it seems that every time I go they have no desire to provide friendly service.
