Nous n’avons pas regretté d’être montés jusque là !

I choose to give this restaurant a total of 5 stars, given the quality of the service, which is excellent, especially as it has a very professional set of staff. The space is well decorated, comfortable and clean. It offers daily dishes, well prepared, whose price/quality ratio is even better.
Parking: Next to the nearest Secondary School. It's paid, but affordable.

On the 13th, I went to this restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, on the recommendation of someone else and we ordered a Portuguese stew which was lacking in flavor and a francesinha which I was informed would take around 15 minutes. The fact is it took 1 hour to be served, even after drawing attention to the fact. I politely asked to speak to the manager, who took the time to present himself at my table, in order to ask for justification for this, especially since customers who arrived much later were being served with the so-called francesinha. After my persistence in asking the aforementioned manager, he finally arrived, but with arrogance and full of reasons, he informed that the francesinha was not part of the dishes suggested for that day, but the fact is that it was on the menu. I then suggested that he remove this dish from the list, as he does not have the capacity to serve it in a timely manner. It was then that this gentleman began to say that "I'm in charge of my house".Conclusion. When I asked to call the manager, it was with the intention that this man would eventually correct what was wrong with the organization of the restaurant and show sufficient humility and apologize for what had happened. Instead, he demonstrated with his attitude, the typical portrait of most businesspeople. Portuguese and their mediocrity in business vision.I eat lunch out often, but this restaurant is crossed out of my selection.
