We ordered take-away around lunch time (1:51 pm), to be delivered at 8 pm, to ensure that the chosen dose would not run out. At 7pm I received notification with the estimated time of arrival, everything seemed to be going well. At 7:42 pm, practically at the last minute, I received a notification canceling the order, and the application showed that what I had chosen had now run out.
I don't understand how it's possible for the doses not to be immediately separated for the orders already placed, since I had already received notification of the estimated time of arrival, or, at the very least, how it's possible for them not to have realized sooner that there was no longer food.
For some time it appeared on the application that they were closed on Saturdays. I don't know if it's also physically, or just for take-away, but if they were to have such bad service, it would honestly be better if they continued to close on the weekends.
Something similar happened once, they also warned at the last minute. At the time I didn't complain, as I thought "well, it happens", but now I realize that it is the establishment's usual procedure. Very regrettable.
