Bad sushi, chefs choice was with strawberry and other things that have no business being in sushi. No salmon or tuna in the maki, only cheap processed fish.
When asking for a replacement of the strawberry roll, they simply refused. Bad service, unfriendly and bad quality fish. Tuna looked very old.

The soup was ok. The bowl was lacking in flavour. Teriyaki sauce was outright bad.

Very high price for below average sushi, plus the teriyaki sauce has a strong taste of gel alcohol.
We spent at least 30 minutes waiting for the food, they wrote down the order all wrong and it was a mess until everything was written down correctly, and while I was waiting for the sushi to be made (which seemed to be done grudgingly), we saw the wrong order again on the ticket.

I ordered a tray, with a side of tea and gunkan sesame.
They don't call for the customer.
After a few minutes they asked if it was my order.
After finding a bone in the salmon, I alerted the employee, Portuguese by the way, who ignored the situation. The Brazilian employee apologized for the situation.
The other two employees said nothing.
I asked for napkins as they had an empty dispenser.
After a few moments the Brazilian employee called me and asked if I would accept an apology offering some small hot items. I accepted and thanked him.
Valuing those who do something for the company's name, when the boss/manager is not there, should always be valued.

Today was the first time I ordered from this establishment and I can say it is one of the best sushi I have ever eaten! Fresh sushi ?and I'm really weird about eating sushi, in terms of presentation it was the best!! The Temaki came super stuffed ?It came with two large packets of soy and three packets of wasabi ? And the packaging is so cute!! ? they gained a new client! Keep going ?❤️

Very fresh and tasty sushi. I do like it! I'd only recommend the cashier to notify people that some positions may vary due to the "chief choice" feature. It's interesting, but I was a bit surprised to get tuna instead of the shrimp on top.
