We ordered through Bolt food, it was one hour late. The quality of the sushi was really poor, the tase was also bad. Just overall bad experience, don’t recommend.

The waiting time is unacceptable, 2 hours and they don't even warn you that they are late. As good as the food is, it is not at all justifiable. I contacted the establishment and was still treated in an arrogant manner.

Valentine's Day, the day I waited 3 hours for sushi dinner with my boyfriend and ended up at a fast food chain, hungry.I placed an order for sushi at 1.30pm for 8.30pm. It was 10pm when the courier left the establishment and we never heard from dinner again.I called several times from 10pm onwards, they always replied that they were resolving the situation, until 11.30pm, when they wanted me to still wait for a solution.As you can imagine, neither the sushi nor the solution arrived.

I placed an online order for a tasting menu and the sushi was far below expectations. The pieces were dry, with very little variety of combinations, some of them with cooked asparagus inside. The hot pieces that look delicious in the photo came with little or no chili sauce and instead of a strawberry slice there was a miniature mango. It was a complete disappointment. The service, however, was quick.

In perusing my review history, you'll observe that I rarely rate establishments this low. We opted for the menu item featuring 16 tasting pieces, 10 hot salmon, 4 spring rolls, and 4 gyozas, and even used a coupon to receive 32 pieces in lieu of 16. The prompt delivery was commendable, but unfortunately, that was the sole highlight of our experience. We had explicitly indicated an allergy to strawberries, requesting the exclusion of any strawberry-containing items. To our dismay, upon unsealing the containers, we discovered strawberries in all the hot rolls and in several other pieces. This oversight left me to consume the entire order alone, compelling us to arrange an alternative meal for my partner. While the spring rolls were disappointingly devoid of filling, the gyozas met expectations. Considering the price, there's a stark disparity between cost and quality. I'd suggest either revising the pricing or enhancing the quality and attentiveness of the service.
Dietary restrictions: They failed to honor dietary preferences.
