Called one time to ask what should I order, and the lady who spoke to me advised the drunken chicken noodles, and I can tell you it was delicious.
Have not gone to the restaurant "yet" , but I would bet its 2x better than delivery.

The barbecued pork tastes good and the noodles are very small! A bowl of noodles, two pieces of barbecued pork, and an egg. The location is very remote. The price of 15.5 euros for a bowl of noodles is not worth it. The environment is very average!

I had the pleasure of dining in TAB with friends during our holiday in Porto. The food and drinks were top tier, authentic Asian food! The spice levels were adjusted according to preferences (extra spicy for me). Service was impeccable! Comfort food at its best, we loved it so much, we dined in twice!

The food was simply fantastic. The menu offers a wide selection of delicious dishes, and each one is carefully prepared and presented. The ingredients are fresh and the flavors are superbly balanced.
The service was also first class. The staff were friendly, attentive and always ready to make recommendations and answer questions. It was obvious that they take pride in their restaurant and the food they offer, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
I can safely say that Take a Break is one of the best restaurants in Porto. Not only does it offer great food, but also an atmosphere that invites you to linger and enjoy. I will definitely be back and can highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable culinary experience in Porto.
We shared a really nice lunch! Crunchy summerrolls, spicy Thai curry and delicious noodle soup. On top our waitress was super helpful and nice. Thumps up!

Super yummy!!! Don't be worried that this is called an Asian restaurant. They have personnel from many different places in Asia. The Thai food is delicious. The Japanese food is tasty. We didn't have enough room in our bellies to get to the Nepali food.
There are so many vegan options that this might as well be a vegan restaurant.
We enjoyed this very much. It is definitely worth trying.
