Very small wonderful restaurant , i was there yesterday with 2 friends. How can I start , everything was great :) the bacalhau a braga was simply glorious , the sardines we loved too , even the side dishes we loved , the rice and mushrooms were perfect. Unharried atyentive service topped it up, Highly recommended.

Visited Taberna d'Avó on a very hot day and had to wait 20 minutes, but it was totally worth it! This small spot has so much to offer. The staff accommodated us as quickly as possible, welcoming everyone with smiles and a professional attitude.
We asked for the waitress's suggestions, and he nailed it. The service, the food, and the sangria were all delicious. The camaraderie among the staff was the best part. Highly recommended!
