Small, cozy tavern in the middle of Porto's tourist hotspot near São Bento train station. I could have spent hours here! The team explained a lot to me about port wine in a very committed and friendly manner and made good recommendations. The grilled chorizo is a little highlight.
Very friendly and warm welcome. We chose the classic port and tonic, the only truly homemade one of our stay, and tapas: local cheeses and charcuterie, exceptional! The location is also nice, nice square and street music. We will gladly come back.
Was not the best first meal for us in Porto. Pros: chorizo was great. That’s all.
Cons: staff were friendly but the service can be improved (forgotten orders - like some of the other reviews on here), Portuguese sausage was not to our liking.
