I cannot rate the food because in the end we were not able to dine there, you have to reserve in advance. And at 9 p.m. they close the kitchen. I write this so that those people who want to go try can book and it doesn't happen to them like it did to us. The place is nice, close to the River Walk, and the waiter was very kind to us
Quite mediocre on the average. It took them about 50 minutes to put out the food since we sat at the table. The cod croquette was good but the rest of the dishes left something to be desired. The cod in bras was bathed in oil and made the rest of the flavors impossible to appreciate, the tripe was quite plain and the golden cod was good but dry. I wouldn't recommend going.
We were lucky, despite being a small place, they attended us without prior reservation. We liked the atmosphere of the place, with the walls covered with photos of Porto. The portions are abundant and of very good quality. Our favorite was the braga cod, although the alheira, cod bolhino and others were all delicious. Authentic homemade food and a mandatory stop.
