Simple place to eat something typical of the area without many pretensions with minimal expense. Good food, be careful when ordering water for drinking, you could attract attention.

My favorite place in Oporro. If you ask for water, they ring the shame bell.

Fast served tasty Portuguese food. Nice option to choose as it is not as expensive as rest of the restaurants. Only cash payments tho, but on the other side of the street there is an ATM.

We’d recommend the Bifanas. Kind staff. Be aware: only cash payment. However, there is an ATM in front of this restaurant so easy to get cash. Reasonable pricing!

We went to get scrambled egg and sausage sandwiches (plus a ham and cheese sandwich) to eat at home, when we opened the first scrambled egg and sausage sandwich there was a big fly wrapped in the sandwich, so they all went in the trash, how big disgust! It was a place I liked, but I'll never go back there again! The fact that there is no ATM is just another negative point!

We've tried other Bifana's in the city, but this one hit the spot! The spices and flavour were more prominent here and left a bigger impression than Conga in my opinion. Also, the hot sauces here are the perfect compliment to the sandwiches. Just beware if you get the EXTRA hot one as that one is guaranteed to set your mouth on fire!

Excellent atmosphere. Site very close to Praça dos Leões. Prepayment service. The food is delicious and the typical rosé wine is second to none. The atmosphere is always very lively with typically Portuguese music. Opening hours until 00:00. Lovely experience. Without a shadow of a doubt, it will be repeated.

The food was great and the service was acceptable, however, if you are a visitor (and do not travel with so many cash) it might be an enormous complication, as they do not accept Credit Cards.

I went to try the Bifana and the fries, I was not wrong. I had been in Porto for several days and I had heard about this dish, something you can take or eat there
Cheap and delicious, I would definitely repeat. The waiter was very nice and the service was fast.

This spot has a lovely community feel! Whenever someone orders water they ring a big bell! So order Vinho Verde.

Also I definitely recommend sticking with the sandwiches! They’re €3-4 each and the meat is sliced right in front of you! The presunto and slow cook pork were incredible.
