I placed an order by cell phone on Saturday afternoon, they said it would take around 40 minutes for delivery. The courier was very efficient and even arrived much earlier, but the delivery was not what I ordered, however I called the Amial store where I placed the order and a very arrogant and rude lady Nádia answered, I said I would not pay for the order and returned it to behind the courier, this lady raised her voice (screamed) Where is this considered a crime. I am a regular customer and had never had any complaints until this escalation of price increases.Today I placed an order, around 9pm, which led me to leave this negative review and to lose a regular customer. The constant price increase based on the excuse of inflation... Increase of almost 3 euros on an individual menu that with delivery fee cost €9.45 with sauce, base being carbonara, 3 4 months ago... Subsequently suffered a delivery fee increase of one euro to €10.45 due to inflation. After a month and a half it increased by another €0.45 again with the excuse of a delivery fee due to inflation. Now, 2 weeks after my last order, there has been an increase of 1 euro because the base sauce is not tomato but carbonara, increasing the menu price to €11.90A shame
