We had already been to the restaurant once and we liked it, which is why we returned. However, this time we decided to try the sushi (they are part of a Japanese restaurant) and we found anisakis in the salmon sashimi. We notified the manager and he tried to deny us (and we literally had a larva on our plate). We told them to please remove the salmon since it is extremely dangerous for other diners and yet they continued serving the raw salmon to the other people in the restaurant. A shame. We're not coming back.

Y’all! This place is so beautiful. The furniture is comfortable. The lighting is flattering. The service is excellent. The wine selection is fantastic. The view is great. Yes… I said all that without even mentioning the food yet. The sushi so fresh and beautifully presented. And it’s delicious with some very unique flavor combinations. We had an absolutely wonderful experience here.

Although the food was very good, the service left a lot to be desired. It is expected from a sushi restaurant with these price lists that whoever brings the pieces to the table will explain them, however in this restaurant this was not the case, no one explained anything to us and the people who served us were very uncommunicative from the beginning to end.
In the end, after paying, we left this service note with the room manager and were completely ignored. I think that the sushi chefs at this restaurant don't deserve to have people like that serving such good quality pieces.

The head waiter was completely stressed and lacked control and understanding of own tasks and guests basic needs. Her ways was stressful for the other waiters as well. We started with a sushi platter which was ok, not more because several of the pieces with fish still had parts of the skin on them. The taste was good, but not nearly worthy a Micheline recognition. We drank a sparkling wine with the sushi. My husband ordered next a beef with baked vegetables, and then they brought a bowl with standard shop bought salt crisps to go with. I ordered a quinoa salad, which is the simplest salad I’ve ever had, anywhere. (I’ve had a few, I’m a grown woman. The main core came the same second (literally) as the cleared away the sushi plates. The waiter was gone, didn’t ask about anything and not if my husband would like something else to drink with the meat than sparkling wine. After that the waiter didn’t look our way at all. We had also ordered sparkling water which they suddenly shared with another table, then giving us flat water. Maybe not a big deal, but strange. I guess it was the level of stress that got the best of them. We had to ask for the bill several times, when they came with it, they never came back. Good for us that we paid cash and could leave.

The sushi did not disappoint, a very tasty place for Asian cuisine. Prices are reasonable for such portions.

The only thing is terrible service, long wait and the waiter had to constantly remind us of the request. Even the check itself took a long time to wait; the waiters don’t keep an eye on the guests. For a restaurant with a Michelin recommendation, the level of service is low.

The sushi deserves to be highlighted, especially the vegetarian one, each piece has a crafted flavor. The only less positive point was the service, it leaves a lot to be desired, there were several waiters available and at various times we had a half full of empty plates, with no space to eat what was brought, or an empty glass, forcing us to pick it up at the table and serve it ourselves. us.

The restaurant is located in a great location, parking can be a little complicated depending on the day and time, the best option is to take an Uber.

I made a reservation, the restaurant opens at 12:30, there were plenty of tables available at that time, the place was well organized and the staff was always attentive.

Everything we ordered was excellent, all the fish was delicious, it was one of the best gastronomic experiences in Porto.

I recommend.

We ate at the sushi bar and loved it. The waiter who served us helped us choose and it was definitely worth it. If we return to Porto we will repeat.

Quite a discovery in a residential area.Japanese food on one hand and delicious fish on the other. We tried the gyozas (we are fans of Japanese food and they are the best we have ever tried), a salmon tataki and a free styles sushi (the 50-piece one). Also, one of us ordered cod (cooked Portuguese style) which was perfect. The desserts are very good.

Great place. It's very unique inside because of its architecture. The sushi was good, but not amazing (with a few individual piece exceptions), and the starter and dessert were great. My main complaint about this place is its price for what you get: a 32 piece sushi freestyle menu contains 6 hot pieces (these disappointed the most), as well 3x4 pieces. That's 18 pieces that are not "unique", which is basically half of the menu. In a restaurant this fancy with its price tag (we paid around 45€ per person), it's quite disappointing.I might give it another try one day to see if the menus have changed, but I cannot recommend this place as of now. There are other places with similar prices that give you more variation with arguably better taste as well.

Vegetarian options: There were vegetarian menus. Not sure about Vegan.

Wheelchair accessibility: It does not look wheelchair accessible at all. Very tight entrances, small bumps and various uneven surfaces, as well as stairs (optional though).
