The location is favorable, however there is no space available to park the car, which must be left in the Casa da Música car park, which is subject to a fee.
Service is provided quickly after sitting at the table. It does not have any type of reception at the door or guidance. I waited around 10 minutes until I was served, the entire order was placed (drinks and main course) when served. The food took about half an hour to arrive, and it arrived before the drinks, which had to be reordered. Friendliness was always present on the part of the team that served me. Despite the restaurant being about half full, the staff were running from one side to the other and were clearly confused. Overall an ok experience.
The restaurant space is not very welcoming despite taking special care in the design of the decoration and furniture; However, there is a huge empty space in the middle of the room that gives the feeling that the staff are forgetting that the tables exist. Furthermore, in my opinion, it is a huge waste of space, and a major flaw in the spatial organization of the establishment. Overall a reasonable experience.
The food was very good, and well served. There is a notable amount of care taken in the presentation of the dish. The hot dog was delicious, the ingredients appeared to be of good quality, both the texture and the flavor were good. The food is in no way unique or special, but it is memorable for its simplicity and quality.
In general, it would be an experience worth repeating considering that I paid a friendly amount for a well-prepared and complete meal.
