I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and they understood cheeseLOVER, upon delivery and with the first bite of the burger I realized and checked the receipt that the burger I ordered was not the same one that was registered and delivered. Asking to rectify the order, stating that there was a misunderstanding between the parties, they tell me that it is impossible to change the order. Do yourselves a favor, walk 30 meters and go to Mcdonalds. I'm from Porto, this joint opened years ago and I've never been there because of the greasy appearance it has. Today, August 3rd, I decided to give it a chance: biggest mistake and waste of money, especially because this game cost more than €30.
They go everywhere but this disgusting place. And this is how you tarnish the name of a company, the employees do the house!

God's prank honors grace. Everything is bad, food, service, cleanliness. The burger arrived without any flavor other than chicken or meat, the tables and the floor were not cleaned, and their system was previously sloppy.

The staff is more worried about a wing bone falling on the floor than about feeding their customers well. You order for 3 and they give you a mini tray. The terrace is full of junkies

I found this restaurant yesterday by chance while going to McDonald's. Very good discovery, for the same price as a fast food restaurant, you have a real Burger with good products. Prices are affordable and service is fast. I ate there again this evening because I really enjoyed it! Go for it with your eyes closed!

Terrible service!!! (07/17/2024) 21:25 The Manager (he declined to identify, he said he only spoke his name in the presence of the police) coerced him into throwing away a can of beer that had not been purchased in the area. We understand perfectly and the same would be done. (We had already ordered food and drinks). The manager was rude (service on the terrace on public roads) coercing. The complaint book was requested and he refused to take it to the table. (You can be rude and can't take the book?! Contradictory!). We went inside the restaurant and when we filled out the complaint book, the manager coerced us again, saying he was going to call the police. When we finished filling it out, we forgot to enter the contact details and went back to fill it out, where the manager brought the book back promptly but with the words “no one will call, if you didn't feel well, don't come back”. So many mistakes and terrible customer treatment! For the kitchen and other staff, 5 stars. The manager (as identified), terrible! He doesn't even know how to work with the public. Stressed, arrogant, rude and goes to great lengths to get rid of the establishment's customers. Claiming to pay too much to use the terrace. Manager or owner? Terrible!
