Very familiar place and environment, even though we didn't speak Portuguese the waiter was very kind and helped us with the choice of the menu, which apparently there is not a fixed menu but a daily menu, but still very satisfied with the advice, not I know the name of the waiter unfortunately, I would like to praise him below the review, people like that make me want to return to restaurants.

First of all, super friendly service!! Even though there was a language barrier, he was very accommodating to us. On his recommendation we ate Carne de Ternera and Bacalhau. Delicious!! It is cozy and also offers space for several people.

We (tourist looking for some real Portugese dinner) paid 28€ for bread, soup, main meal, (amazing) dessert and way too much (good) wine. All for two people and it was absolutely delicious!
The waiters where super friendly. The places was filled with locals. Parking right in front of the door.

I ate at the counter and I hated the atmosphere there, the boss is very rude to the staff, it had a horrible smell like a septic tank, the food takes a long time to wait and on top of that, as soon as they put it down, my food was full of mosquitoes. The only thing I liked was the service from the girls at the counter. I don't recommend it!

We went for dinner last night and both had duck rice (arróz pato). It was delicious! Heads up, it does come with cheese. We also had a jug of delicious red wine. House provided brown bread with nice tuna pâté. Our mains & wine added up to just under €23 in total. So reasonable! Friendly staff and lovely large photos of Porto on the walls
Large local restaurant that has Porto ambience written all over it. This is the place locals go to and the kind of home-cooked food they enjoy. No printed menu, it is written on the wall. Waiter explains dishes to you and it is really fantatsic and dish sizes are quite huge. Fantastic flavours and good choice drinks - oh, and in Porto, you do not order a Bica, but a Café. Muito Obrigado.

Family restaurant with food that tastes homemade! Large portions with fair prices. You can find most of the Portuguese classic dishes here, such as bacalhau com natas and arroz de pato. Part of the menu varies day to day. Their polvo a lagareiro is also great!
