Very attentive and friendly service at eye level. There are unique cocktail creations and you can always get more water without asking. We were very impressed by the music and ambience!
Torto is hands down one of the best cocktail bars I’ve ever visited. I had the great privilege of visiting Porto, and tried Torto for our first night after it was highly recommended by bartenders in Lisbon. Even though we were in Porto for 5 additional nights, we literally went to Torto every night for their drinks because it was that good.
