As a member of the Porto-style tripe gastronomic fraternity, I found the tripe I ate on the night of 08/07/2024 to be very weak and the rice that accompanied it was terrible. A place with such a name must have much better tripas (daily dish). The rice they served me has no possible classification. I'm sorry but I only know how to be honest and truthful.

The English roast beef was ordered in two separate doses, when the second dose arrived at the table it did not match the first. They had run out of ingredients and decided to grill meat with a dose of roast beef. Regrettable! It was complained at the time, without any result. Expensive meal in relation to what was offered.

In fact, the service was very poor, the attendant barely spoke, confused my order twice and didn't even bring the utensils to remove the food from the dishes.
Regarding the food, the vegetable cream was very good, however the main course ruined the entire gastronomic experience. The rice must have been heated more times than the times I had to draw the attendant's attention, as it had hard grains that would break your tooth if chewed. Regarding the black pork steaks, half were well cooked and freshly made, the other half looked like it had been used from an order that had been sent back over an hour ago.

I ordered francesinha which was really bad! Dry steak and not weak ingredients. The bread was super dry. Very strange for a restaurant of this type. Little or even unfriendly service. Not to repeat.

We went to this establishment as a couple on the recommendation of some friends. Well, it was the first and last time! We arrived at around 9pm, the restaurant was ready and we were told to sit upstairs, from the time we arrived until we had the menu in hand, 15 minutes passed!! There were 3 employees at the top and clearly two of them didn't know what they were doing there. We both ordered francesinha and it was clear that the ingredients were far from fresh, my companion ordered meat and egg well done. After about 20 minutes the francesinha arrived and the meat was both underdone, we asked for it to be cooked again and it came back the same! Shameful! The icing on the cake was the next day when we both woke up with gastroenteritis!! You play with people's health! Never again will this restaurant!!

For the 4th or 5th time, the service leaves a lot to be desired. I went to the restaurant pregnant, I was completely ignored by Mr. entrance hall employee. I was not pregnant and was ignored again, even having to be the manager (I think) to sit us down and indicate someone to serve us. Today I'm going with a 2 year old child, he ignores me again, attending first to other people who had arrived later. Another restaurant that loses customers due to frustration and bad employees.

Cozy but noisy space, with good service. The francesinha served was good, I was positively surprised. Space has wifi, ATM, terrace and parking nearby. With starters, drinks, francesinha, dessert and coffee, I paid €25.
Forgive those who have a contrary opinion, but I have to say that I love francesinha and if it wasn't the best, it was one of the best. The service, and there were 15 of us because there was one person missing, was very good. The patties were nothing like their fame A big thank you to the whole team I will definitely be back ?

Very good food, very generous, very reasonable price, good welcome.
The favouritism is unbeliveble, no respect for customers! Is my money any different then money of the friend of the bar staff? The host on the door is a lier. Confronted lied in my face instead of appologising and for example offering a drink while waiting. I worked hospitality all my life and i understand when is busy and stressfull but work on your staff. The host on the door is the first person people meet when they come in to your restaurant so having disrespectful, lieing ignorant is not the best strategy for business as doesnt matter how good food you serve (even tho chef doesnt undestand what very well done means - afrer sending it back to the kitchen meat did come back perfect and it was nice to see that chef did change the egg for fresh one) the bad aftrertaste distroys all experience. Is second time i am here and the last. You lost good regular customer. P.S. the 2 guys (at the bar) that serve us were very lovely
