Preferred the tonkontsu ramen which has thinner kyushu style noodles than the tonkotsu tantanmen and is less salty. If you fish out the ginger, it's kind of like Ichiran but less rich. Would recommend getting extra charsiu pork!! The karaage ? was really good with a nice dip and the chocolate cheesecake was divine, especially the base of it - so well-made (don't be put off by the word 'ginger' lol... the combination has the taste of sophistication ?).
