“My fave place this holiday (so far) Best meal that Ppl need to go there and up the ratings! Highly recommend for fresh seafood but they do have other foodstuff. Great views and staff, some are so experienced, and even the customer kids are so well mannered. Open til 12 midnight which is the latest we have come across.

“A wonderful gem in Vilamoura! From the time we arrived until we left, the service was fantastic. The waiters were attentive, professionally skilled and made good recommendations for food and drink. We started with drinks that tasted heavenly.

The concept is sharing and you have a large and exciting selection of fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. We ate four courses and were full.

The place is cozy decorated and the food arrived quickly. The waiters always poured wine and water, and were very pleasant and service minded.

Definitely recommend Salmora to others visiting Vilamoura!

“We are currently on holiday staying galf way between Villamoura and Albufeira, and decided to taxi over to the marina for tea. Out of the wide variety of restaurants available we took a punt on this one and it certainly delivered. Just a bread starter, but it came with a lovely selection of olives, tuna, pickled carrots...really tasty. I had chicken in a creamy mushroom sauce, which was vert tasty and a very generous portion. My husband had a mixed kebab which was a massive portion...and so tasty. Happily recommend this restaurant to all.“

“We walked past this restaurant for a week. It was always busy, so we stopped here early one evening for dinner. They have live fish, crabs and lobster in tanks in the restaurant.

We had a bottle of still water, with freshly squeezed orange juice, apple juice and a small bottle of red wine. For food we had a chicken kebab with square potatoes, spaghetti bolognese and fried halibut with vegetables and potatoes.

Before our main meal arrived they brought us some bread rolls with butter, fish paste and a mixture of tuna, mayonnaise and spring onion. This was delicious, I'm going to make this when I get home.

Service was impeccable and professional. The staff are very talkative and have friendly genuine banter. The drinks and food came quickly. Everything tasted fresh and the right amount of spice used.

I noticed they had apple pie in the cabinet on my way back from the toilet, which was clean.
I had warm apple pie with ice cream, this was delicious ?. Apple pie tastes better warm and my husband's son had chocolate mousse.

We paid nearly €90 euros for the three of us.

We live nearby to A Paisagem and they even gave us a table without reservations for New Years. They never disappoint no matter what time of year we come. My girlfriend and I have just been for lunch (Saturday lunchtime 23rd Dec) and ordered the traditional Portuguese cover (bread, sardine paste, olives, cheese), sardines to start and both ordered sea bass with fries and salad. Along with a large beer and small bottle of wine the bill came to just short of €70 which for the quality of the food we felt was very good.Now, the sardines were really good - well cooked and nicely grilled over charcoal. But the sea bass was another level. We both got really good sized fish, simply and perfectly charcoal grilled to give that lovely smoky taste, slightly charred around the edges, and nicely seasoned with salt.Food wise, the only issue we had was that the cheese had obviously been left uncovered for a while and was dry around the edges. Otherwise a really nice meal.The staff were all really pleasant and efficient, the food arrived quickly from ordering, and e were checked in to see if everything was ok. The only reason for dropping a star from the atmosphere rating is because there was only one other table of people dining so it was a bit quiet. Otherwise we wouldn’t hesitate to return here.
