My wife and I have just experienced a most fantastic meal. The service was exceptional with Willie being confident enough in his food to actually visit our table after service and enter into conversation about food, area and also make recommendations relative to the surrounding area. This is certainly a special place with quality food being the key

My mom and friend brought be here on my 21st birthday, it was my first michelin restaurant and i was absolutely blown away. the atmosphere was private and quiet, relaxing but not awkward, they pay attention to the finest details, having stools for our bags and blankets as it got cooler in the evening, Willie is a wonderful man who came out to speak to us at the end of eating, everything they could have done to make my day special they did, it was incredible. the food was absolutely spot on, i tried things that i never would have before, the sardine dish for example (which may have been one of my favourite amuse bouche). I will happily return to Vilamoura just to come back to Willies. Absolutely spectacular.

We were so much looking forward to eat at this restaurant. My husband booked it in advance before we arrived in the Algarve. We unfortunately got the dates wrong so arrived a day late. They were kind enough to accommodate us, however we were told we could only sit outside as they were fully booked. It was very windy and cold, however we didn’t want this to dampen our experience. The service was terrible from the head waiter - think his name was Carlos. He made us feel like second class citizens and it being a Michelin star restaurant really disappointed us. When we asked what cocktails they do, he pointed at the drinks menu and told us to look in there - wasn’t helpful with asking what we’d like or direct us to the page in the menu. We were also not asked if we wanted anymore drinks throughout the entire meal! The food was really good, but the way we were treated by Carlos made the experience horrible!
Also, two ladies who had not made a booking arrived after us and were miraculously given a table inside!
Cannot believe this is a Michelin star restaurant.
We have to say the waiters serving our meals were fantastic!!

My friend puked whilst in the Restaurant. I had stomach issues and still have a very sensitive stomach. The food was good! But something was not right or bad quality…

Great and nearly private place.Staff are able to speak in several languages, not only to speak but to understand their particulars.It isn't a place for a dinner. It's a place for the dinner.The combination of flavours and extras that the chef add to your order makes the experience unique.Also the used of local fresh products.Definitely my favourite place in the Algarve

Even if it was a former Michelin star, we expect a minimum of culinary mastery: 3 out of 4 dishes are excessively salty. The products are quality but the salt destroys the taste. For example, too bad for fresh truffle risotto. The bill is like the salty dishes...for the quality. I do not recommend!

Stunning meal last night, scallops and lamb for me, foie gras and prok for my wife. The amouse bouch were amazing. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Would have gone again next week if they were not closing for the winter
