Trindade is a charming restaurant with a small but welcoming atmosphere. Known as one of the best treasures in Queijas, it offers exceptional grills. The coal-roasted rabbit is a standout dish, while the partridge rice has been noted for its incredible aroma, texture, and flavor, making it one of the best rice dishes many have ever tasted. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is very attentive and friendly, providing 5-star service. The menu features traditional Portuguese cuisine, and the food is consistently delicious, including extraordinary homemade desserts. While prices may be increasing, the overall experience and quality make it well worth it. Guests are encouraged to share this treasure only with true diners and lovers of good food.
