Experience never to be repeated! Horrible atmosphere, live music with very loud and strident sound, impossible to even have a conversation. Very bad, unprofessional and extremely unfriendly service. A space that is not very clean and has a decor that reveals true decadence.

Poor management and organization of the service. Terrible service. Very noisy environment, music that was too loud and uncomfortable (we asked if they could make it quieter and they made it louder). After we placed our dinner order (table for 3 people), and waited 30 minutes, the waitress went back to the table and asked for the order again. The establishment had few customers and the waiting time was not justified... customers who arrived later were served first. We ended up not having dinner at this restaurant, due to the time it would take to place our orders.

The food was good and the portions were big. We went in hungry and still finished with enough leftovers for the next day's breakfast. If you go to Sintra for the day and finish your trip at the royal palace in Queluz like we did, it's definitely a good place to go for the dinner. Although we were there early and were the only guests at the time, so it might've influenced our experience.

The servers don't pay much attention to the tables, only when we call. The food took a while to arrive, the description was picanha, and when it was served, I saw that it was a hard mattress. In other words, we pay a lot for a cheap part of the ox. They deceive customers, as it is not picanha. They should be reported, just like the restaurants that do the same and people don't notice.
