Hambuá is an excellent restaurant with friendly and attentive hosts, Sr. Zé and D. Ofélia. The food quality is superior, with standout dishes including grilled snails with tomato sauce and traditional cakes from Reguengos de Monsaraz. The dogfish soup is freshly prepared and magnificent. Despite not being able to eat the francesinha, it provides a good excuse to return.
