We opted for the 5 Moment Michelin Star tasting menu with wine pairing, in the restaurant, which was sublime and a wonderful experience. Each dish was carefully crafted, and a detailed description was given by the Wait Staff, and each dish expertly paired with the Estates wines, with the wines’ also carefully described. The venue is breathtaking and comfortable. My only critique would be the noise from fellow patrons who had small children along, and the sound of their electronic devices, with some crying, which i found disturbing. Most establishments in this genre only accept children from the age of 12 onwards as guests.

Annabelle gave us a tour of this beautiful winery. She explained every process, every plant, every technology that they use for the wine, and other products they produce. We went for our honeymoon and we’re lucky enough to have a private tour. Annabelle was an absolutely amazing guide. This tour will be one of the highlights of our honeymoon and one we will not forget. They ended the tour with a wine tasting and we bought a few bottles to age and enjoy down the road. If you are in the area we recommend going to this impressive winery.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Herdade Do Esporao, a restaurant located in Alentejo, Portugal, and I must say that it was truly an incomparable experience. The restaurant is beautifully situated on high ground, overlooking a breathtaking winery. The culinary experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The dishes served at Esporao are not only artfully presented but also bursting with delicious flavors and unexpected wine pairings. Throughout the meal, the staff's timing was impeccable, and their genuine passion for food and wine was evident. As I savored each moment, I found myself immersed in the serene ambiance of the restaurant. Overall, my experience at Esporao exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable lunch or dining experience in Portugal.

Parking: Parking is directly outside the entrance to the winery. GPS may have you take some wrong turns, but since it’s the only place out there you’ll find it eventually. We asked a nearby driver for precise directions.

Everything was 5 stars, keep it up! Initially I was just going to visit which I loved and at the last minute I decided to go to the restaurant and it was the best thing I did! A spectacular experience! From the excellent service provided by the room, the care for the customer, the attention to detail and the enormous knowledge, to the phenomenal food, the quality of the dishes and ingredients and the enormous friendliness of chef Carlos.
A big thank you to the entire team at the estate for providing a perfect day.

I’ve been to only 4 Michelin star restaurants in my life, this was by far the most impressive! The food, the service, the ambiance, everything was flawless!
The chefs creations are perfectly paired to perfection with generous pours or their amazing wines! Our “whitecard menu” seemed to be designed for our taste as there wasn’t a single dish that was just ok: everything was to die for!!! Pedro and Emanuel were professional, kind and took so much care of all details so we could have one of the most amazing meals of our lives! So much worth the cost! Will come back for sure!
