The worst thing is paying for food that is not well prepared. Since they changed people with the ability to make good pizzas.
The level is only going down! The average pizza can be the size of my wife's hand. I paid €31 for two medium pizzas, 1 cola, 8 pieces of cheese bread that had little or no cheese, 16 pieces of cheese that were burnt.

Today they were the worst pizzas I've ever bought at the Rio de Mouro store, dry with no quality, no presentation and the exchange service was the same... I don't recommend it.

I ordered 2 pizzas, chicken strips with topping on top and garlic bread stuffed with cheese! I just have to say that everything was absolutely delicious and the delivery was super quick.

We ordered our pizza and it took over an hour to arrive, in addition, when the pizza arrived it was only halfway through and they still wanted me to pay so they would only leave me 1 pizza.

I requested my order at 8:57pm and at 9:40pm I contacted the line to find out the status of it, to which they told me that they were having technical problems but that the order was placed and to wait. At 10:30 pm I contacted them again and the lady indicated that they were having problems communicating with the stores, to wait until they would post the information internally for the store to view. After being asked about a refund, she indicated that she could cancel but the refund would only be made after I requested it via email and it was received and it could take 72 hours to be completed, in other words: no money, no food and 2 hours spent waiting from an incompetent store with no rigor in customer service. Unfortunate
