We went on a fairly cold and windy weekday with our 12kg dog, that is, small, hoping to at least be able to have dinner on the terrace, which has two plastic walls to close it. What is our surprise when, in a rather unpleasant way, a blonde woman, who seemed to be the owner, tells us that on the part of the terrace with the plastic walls we cannot be with the dog, but instead two meters away at two tables that were not there. sheltered from the cold, yes, logically what he didn't want was for us to stay. We could understand it to a certain extent if the place had been full but by no means almost empty. It is incomprehensible not to be able to be on a terrace with a dog and incomprehensible that they do not want to earn money on a day when they were clearly not going to work much, but what bothered us the most were the manners, as if we were stinking.

Very small restaurant, it has a grill outside where they prepare both meat and fish on the grill. Delicious tuna, spectacular sea bass, to name a few, but the white house wine is better than beer?. You can't pay by card like in many places, I don't understand why.

The site is in the center of Sagres. It is atypical because it has the kitchen on the street, the products are fresh and others were clearly not. But in short we ate well, I was well served by the waiters. The price is good, we spent €35 for two people including drinks and dessert.

One of the worst services I have ever experienced. Firstly, there was an empty table (dirty with previous dishes) and we kept looking at the waiters for them to ask us to sit. They didn’t give us the day of the light. We then sat down by ourselves, thinking someone will cater to us. After 5 mins, a lady came to us, speaking in portugese. We told her we don’t speak portugese which she didn’t care about but continued talking in Portugese. We asked for a menu, she didn’t reply. After 10 mins, we were given a menu. After some time and ready to order we are again waiting for the waiters to come attend us and get our order, atleast for drinks. By this time, we are already there for 15-20 mins, we have sat down by ourselves on a dirty table, and not been offered water. After getting up and asking the waiter to take our order and being shut down, gesturing 2 mins with his hand, went and started giggling with his friend. By this time, after a session of surfing, all hungry and thirsty, tired, I’m already fed up. Waiter came ready to take our order and once we started telling her our order, she says “No available”. After 30 mins waiting we were told the food we decided is not available. Isn’t this something the first thing you’re told when you’re handed a menu. This was the last straw and without eating anything We left. I stayed in Sagres for 10 days, and explored a lot of different places. I can tell you there are atleast 20 better places who’ll greet you with a smile and you’ll enjoy your food. DO NOT GO THERE!

We went to eat on a Thursday in July, the area is great, the terrace is cozy and has tables inside too. At first the boss was a little serious and told us that there were no sardines but then we were very comfortable, we ordered a delicious sea bream and sea bass!!! Grilled crispy skin with salad and super delicious cooked potatoes! The price is not bad since the fish is very fresh. If we return to this area we will return to the restaurant! Obrigada!!!!

We ate today, July 4, I'd say that I was reading some reviews and they all focus on the blonde woman, I'd say that a priori she seems very serious and unfriendly, but the truth is that we were very comfortable, and for lunch we ordered sea bass and sea bream, To say that it comes well plated with its roast potatoes and its salad, which was what I liked least because it comes with spices, summarizing the delicious fish, and it is clear that I will return.

He tells us that there are no reservations, we arrive and we see several free tables, but he does not give us a table because he has them reserved, although he has told us before that there are no reservations.
