“We were invited by friends that have been going to Vincent Restaurant for many years. What an amazing little restaurant. Somehow Vincent cooks and runs front of house too. There was a great selection of food. Everything about the food we had was fantastic. I opted for the house wine which was lovely. Vincent was welcoming and very attentive. “After a long march from Tavira in full sun, we arrived here very thirsty, so our choice was a cold, draft Portuguese beer. We sat in the garden and admired the very center of the town with the modern church at the forefront. This stop gave us strength to continue our walk back. Very friendly service. With the beer we got a snack in the form of something that resembled Polish broad beans. Prices very affordable. If it had been a little later, we would have probably decided to have an early dinner.”

“Spectacular landscape, very comfortable, they receive requests that are not on the menu. Very calm with no fuss, but I went after lunch time so parking was easy. Beautiful and tasty pies and cakes. Very good bathroom. Good place to relax in the afternoon and read the newspaper or tablet, without any stress. Affordable price in relation to the price asked. They offer food on the menu, but they also serve alcohol and cocktails, even if they're not on the menu, look online, they're very affordable. I loved!

Parking: On the street, but during the holiday season a little more complicated. But there are always cars leaving the parking lot, I walked a few meters to the cafe, and when I was sitting I saw many cars leaving the parking lot and others parking, the parking lot is not dramatic.

Kid-friendliness: Suitable for children, I even saw babies.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The ambiance is charming, offering a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, with stunning views that add to the overall experience.

The food was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish we tried was unique, bursting with local flavors and beautifully presented. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and the chef's creativity truly shone through in each course. My own favorite was the octopus dish - it was cooked to perfection, with a perfectly balanced combination of flavors and simply melted in my mouth.

The wine selection was equally impressive and the staff was knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect wine for our dishes.

“Vegetarian options: Bit limited but ok . Tomato and Pesto and Mozzarella salad really good. Fries are excellent, not soggy plus spaghetti with pesto, pine nuts and parmesan very tasty. Huge choice of teas and coffee from their own roaster. Tried a Bombom which was coffee with condensed milk.... delicious but only room for one. Staff speak very good English and are very attentive. We have visited 3 times.”

Elena's pasta is the best I have ever eaten, particularly the carbonara and the lasagne, and the pizzas are always perfectly cooked and presented with an amazing choice of toppings.
