I've only tried the açaí there. Quite pleasant and, compared to other places, it seems affordable. The atmosphere is a little strange and as soon as you enter you smell a very specific smell (I don't know if it's good or bad). Very friendly staff.

Terrible service, rude and no experience in problem solving. Lack of desire to satisfy the customer
I had been a customer of this establishment for some time, just for Açai and whenever I went to the store I felt uncomfortable due to the lack of notable experience of the employees. I last ordered from Glovo and the order arrived incomplete without part of the extras I ordered and completely melted.
I tried to resolve the problem directly with the establishment and they just ignored everything I said and just said that the only thing they could do was put what was missing on top of the acai already in liquid form!! It's unfortunate in an establishment with everything it needs to be good, to have employees with terrible experience! In short, I paid 25 euros for two Açai that I didn't consume!! And I still had to deal with the bad manners of these "workers"!

Worst dining experience via Uber. A disaster. Almost 50 euros for all the food to go to waste. The picanha that was ordered rare looked like tough, flavorless cooked beef steaks. In one package came rice, French fries and a small spoonful of farofa with almost non-existent bacon. Beans look like they were poured from the can into a pan and taken out seconds later. The food was not made with love. The feeling that remains is that the staff is completely indifferent and oblivious to customer satisfaction. It literally looks like food served to pigs paid for at a golden price. They need to fire the responsible cooks and hire a new team. Even after calling the space to express dissatisfaction, we were told "let's talk to the team", with nothing more to say. Another highlight is the cheddar cheese potatoes with bacon that were charged but not received (problem resolved with Uber and not with the "picanha grill" or Redford as they want to call it.
