Without a doubt a fantastic experience. A very good environment. Excellent service. The wonderful food. Everything super fresh, with an exemplary combination of flavors. It's not cheap but the quality pays for itself.
For a restaurant that does not have a central location, it is always more difficult to succeed, especially on the level where this Genome is. But this sushi is premium. From the very special shrimp tempura, the oysters and the delicious foie gras guncan, and everything else in every piece where there is always something special. Great meal

While not cheap, the quality justifies the price. The sushi is premium, with standout dishes like shrimp tempura, oysters, and foie gras guncan. The tasting menu is also highly recommended, with quick and attentive service. The restaurant's cozy space adds to the overall ambiance. While there may be some minor delays, such as a 45-minute wait for the main course, the calm atmosphere and gourmet experience make it a great choice.
