I went to Tercio's yesterday to try the famous francesinha. I'm not going to lie that I was disappointed. The best part of the francesinha was the steak and sausages, which were undoubtedly very good. Firstly, I was disappointed by the dose of potatoes, which in addition to being paid separately (€3), is a very small dose for the price it presents. Secondly, I think the sauce is too spicy, and the slightly unpleasant flavor overpowers it. For a French person with potatoes and egg it costs €15.65 without the drink. Of many places I've been to, quality and price was definitely not the best. Despite all the negative points, the place is at least pleasant and the service is quite good and fast. If I'm going to eat francesinha, I won't repeat it, however the prego looked really good and was served with a more generous dose of potatoes.

I arrived at the place with great expectations but unfortunately it didn't live up to it. I'll start with the fries, 3 euros for half a dozen potatoes is quite surreal. As for the francesinha, it had to go back because they first served the steak completely raw and asked for it well-done. Moving on to the rest, the bread is of low quality and the cheese is not suitable, that is, the bread is hard, that feeling as if it was put in the toaster and then left to get cold, which made it look like a recess and the cheese is hard and not that soft melted cheese, these 2 elements together make the francesinha hard and the sensation is not good. The only positive point was the sauce, which I thought was well balanced, avoiding the spicy flavor I like.

Very expensive place, where when you eat a francesinha and ask for more sauce they charge €2 for some sauce. This attitude is shameful, I've never seen anyone charge money for asking for a little, even a little, of sauce.

Good preparation and service. However, I don't think the prices are justified, the francesinha is good but an 11€ francesinha doesn't include potatoes?... It comes without sauce and just a normal gravy boat for two francesinhas. More sauce was paid separately. A meal of 2 francesinhas and 2 fine meals cost around €40. I thought it was good, without a doubt, but I won't go back because I don't consider the quality-price ratio to be balanced.

We spent an hour and ten waiting for dinner with a ten-month-old baby on our lap, there were six of us, everyone who arrived after us sat down, both outside and inside the space. When we confronted one of the employees, she went to call the other one and they started blaming each other in the middle of an argument and they even had the nerve to tell me that we had to continue waiting because now there were no tables again!It's a lack of respect, of professionalism, especially knowing that we had a tiny baby in our arms!Identical situations had already happened before, such as saying they didn't make appointments and we got there and there were empty tables, no one was waiting, and other people arrived and sat down and the others continued to wait!The food is great, but the ladies who serve the table are not fit for the job they do, there is no organization at work, and they still argue in front of the customers.
