“Petit bar où les propriétaires sont viticulteurs. Tous les produits de l'épicerie ainsi que le vin et les plats sont faits maison à base des produits récoltés par ce charmant couple, même le pain est fait a base de farine des pépins de raisins. Et tout est de très bonne qualité, nous nous sommes régalés. Vous pourrez également trouver du savon fait maison dans la boutique.”

“A pleasant surprise! Wheat soup, very well prepared, owner, very friendly! I did take away, and ate on my balcony......I felt like I was in a Michelin with lots of stars!!!”
“While vacationing in Quarteira we came across this restaurant off a side street. Really happy we did. My husband and I had a pitcher of Sangria which was excellent. My brother & I had swordfish with lemon and capers which was cooked perfectly and very tasty. My husband and sister-in-law had beef kabobs which were tender and juicy. Cappuccinos and espresso martini's finished the meal perfectly. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area.”

“Fast and incredible service, the staff are very friendly. It has a beautiful view of the beach. There are many options for bolo do caco and I especially liked the bolo do caco with hot dog and the bolo do caco with chorizo.”

“Delicious and very well prepared food: sword fillets with passion fruit, minced meat, bolo do caco, prego em bolo do caco, broken eggs... Everything was excellent! Very friendly staff and good atmosphere! I recommend”
“The Caravela has a new tenant who, as of today, is also a chef.First test: Grade 1???There are 2 pool tables that are well attended and also look very professional. We had a small bolo do caco and picado for dinner which was almost too much. I would be happy if there was also a small size ?.Otherwise, we'll be back, we live here ?.Oh, and the service is very nice too”

“I share the same opinion that I have seen, correct beach bar, without waiting long. Of course, incredible sea views. To eat something the day you arrive on the island, that's right.”

“One of the only places where you can eat until later, where you can share experiences and friendships, in a calm place where children are welcomed and cared for!
I just have to wish Tia Maria the best and success.
All the best?”

“Restaurant with history and name in Porto Santo gastronomy. The characteristic stone walls, the wooden benches, the large terrace make us travel back in time, probably since we went there the first time. And it's still good!
The bolo do caco with garlic butter is excellent, the vine meat and garlic are the best!
And prego is a “must” for anyone who appreciates it.
The service just doesn't get 5 stars because not everyone works the same. The guy who served us was tremendously efficient and fast. While I served 5 tables, the remaining employees didn't even finish serving one!
But it shows that the service in Porto Santo keeps up with the times and is, today, much more effective than it was a few years ago. At least for some!
It's worth the visit!”

“After reading all the comments about the owners, we were "scared" and to our surprise that the owners were always very friendly.
We tried the limpets, octopus sandwiches and swordfish and we always liked everything.
