Eu fui fazer uma encomenda como costumo fazer para me despachar mais rápido e, para começar, o site n estava a funcionar. Depois lá consegui fazer a encomenda, mas quando cheguei ao estabelecimento, avisei da minha encomenda e paguei logo. Supostamente quando se faz a encomenda o pedido ja devia estar feito quando se chega, mas n, fiquei 15 minutos à espera e isto porque reclamei do tempo de espera, porque se n o meu pedido teria sido esquecido, pois a senhora que me atendeu recebeu o dinheiro e n foi verificar se o pedido ja estava pronto, entao fiquei 15 minutos ali para nada, porque no fundo o meu pedido ja estava pronto quando cheguei mas quem me atendeu n me entregou o mesmo. Isto n costuma acontecer, mas desta vez como estava muito cheio houve uma grande falta de organização da parte do estabelecimento.
