— I ordered the largest size of frozen yogurt: it includes - 3 fruits and -3 additives, when I ordered I did not see witch fruits were available. Not only did they choose not 3 but 2 fruits for me, one of which was pineapple, to which I am allergic, but there were also only 3 fruit options available, although there were more fruit sections. After I left, the staff added strawberries to the fruit, although a minute before there were none. When I approached to clarify the situation, they spoke to me very rudely, after which they completely began to ignore my attempts to sort it out. Because of this conflict, I no longer want to visit this store, I hope these two employees will be held accountable for their rude actions towards the customer.

No one sitting at the tables, sat down for 10 min to wait for friends. Young lady very rudely came to tell that I have to o order. I reminder her that I am her client, i buy gifts for my grandchildren at the airport regularly. I understand and like I told her if the chair where full I would not have sat down. I am 68 and she could have told me the same thing with a smile , instead she choose the o have rude unhappy face . Also remind you that the pavement is for the public and their tables are on the pavement.

The staff was very unfriendly. People, including me, had to buy things and get change from unfriendly staff. I felt bad too, but another female customer looked at me and looked at me as if the employee's words and actions were meaningless. I wasn't the only one who felt the staff was unfriendly.

A nice shOp just in the heart of the Sintra. We bought a bottle of water and a large pot of ice cream which was delicious. The price is the tourist price and high indeed. The lady was kind and spoke english. The shop itself is clean and tidy. Thank you ALE HOP Sintra

Worst mixed puff pastry I've tried, it looks like it was two days old, it was impossible to eat, no one cleaned the tables, very expensive with a flavor that doesn't make up for it, if you want to drink a coffee, I recommend going somewhere else
